Adrenal Recovery Soup

Ingredients:

2 cups green beans

1 cup celery, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, mashed and minced

1 zucchini, sliced

1 cup tomato juice (homemade preferably)

1 cup spring water

1 cup chicken broth (homemade preferable)

2 tbsp. RAW honey (local preferable)

1 tsp. paprika

Pepper to taste

Directions:

Sautee onions and celery, till clear, add in garlic. Combine other ingredients, saving zucchini for last, and simmer for one hour or until vegetables are tender.
