This series is designed to introduce you to the ancient science of Ayurveda; where you will discover your ayurvedic constitution and how that applies to your daily life and self-healing. We will discuss basic concepts that apply to everyone, and each week we will incorporate a part of a daily routine used for self-healing. By the end of the series, we will have a full dinacharya (daily routine) to support us on our path to a healthier life.
