Prayer – It is important to have some connection to God. I believe it is only through HIM that we are able to heal. We are educators not delegators. We are all part of God’s ultimate plan and understanding and by respecting HIS plan it will help us to take responsibility for our own health.
Water - The amount of water we need to drink each day is half of our bodies’ weight in ounces. It takes about 5 hours to empty the bladder fully, so finishing the bulk of that amount should be done 5 hours prior to bedtime, excluding the glass needed for night time supplements. Many find this helpful with to being able to sleep through the night.
Exercise - Exercise is the foundation of cardiovascular health. Increasing the blood flow assists the immune system in moving toxins out of the body through our eliminative channels. Search for core exercises for your age group on the internet to get some ideas. Our digestive systems and organs are all located in our core region and all of our body systems will benefit from exercise. The lymph system benefits from a light up and down movement which you get from rebounding on a mini trampoline or balance ball. This would be great to do all year long and not just at times of dealing with a stressed immune system.
