Vegan “Alfredo” Sauce

Cashews are pack full of Amino Acids, Omegas 3 & 6, Potassium, Magnesium and an excellent source of fiber.


1 cup really RAW cashews

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Sea salt to taste



Put all of the dry ingredients into the blender and pulse a few times until powdery.

Add the water, until desired consistency, making sure to scrap down the sides, if necessary. Sea salt is optional.

* RAW nuts that have not been toasted or cooked in any way.
