24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment is very important to Nature’s Link and is reserved, especially for you. Everyone’s time is valuable, and we understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-Hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

Kristine values her staff’s time. She understands they have other jobs, family, and friends with whom they could be spending time. Kristine pays her team their entire wage for any missed or late canceled appointments out of respect for their valuable time. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24-Hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Any appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 24-Hour’s notice will result in a charge equal to 15% of the reserved service amount.

As a courtesy, we will give you 2 confirmation calls. From the confirmation calls, you have the option to do the following without a charge:

  • Call our front office at 337-332-2705 to confirm/cancel/reschedule/change/modify your appointment, or notify us of any changes or issues.
  • Reply by email nl@natureslinkwellness.com to confirm/cancel/reschedule/change/modify your appointment, or notify us of any changes or issues.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent any missed appointments, which will result in a cancellation fee. Calls are made a week in advance to confirm appointments, as well as the Monday prior. If our call is forwarded to a voicemail box, a message will be left for you to call and confirm this appointment.

Any late arrivals will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. We recognize that the set appointment time frames may differ from the actual appointment by 10-15 minutes, based on shift changes, traffic, and personal needs of our clients.

New Client appointments must be held by a valid credit card payment at the time of booking; this will reserve the appointment time.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Kristine Devillier, RND. You may request not to be charged for the late cancellation in writing, within 7 days, if you feel such action is warranted. Kristine will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 7 days.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or close during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment, no charges will apply.

The 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy gives us time to inform our waitlist of clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Nature’s Link policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
