Nature’s Link Wellness Aromatherapy Blends w/ Balance essential oil
Nerve Pain Relief
1 oz. of massage oil in 2 oz. bottle, then add 8 drops Balance EO and 12 drops Clarify EO. Close bottle and roll between hands. Add in the remaining 1 oz. of massage oil, close bottle and roll again; to ensure it is blended together. Apply to areas as needed.
Eyes (Chronic Dry Eyes)
2 oz. of a carrier (liquid, oil or gel) with 5 drops Balance EO, 3 drops Calm EO, and 4 drops Clarify EO. Close bottle and roll between hands to ensure it is blended together. Apply 2-3 times daily over the Kidney Areas and Reflexology Points.
The Kidneys are located in the upper abdominal area against the back muscle on both the left and right side of the body. The Kidney Reflexology Points are on the Soles of the Feet in the center of the arch and Palms of the Hands at base of thumbs; meaty part.
Stretch Marks
1 oz. Rosehip Oil and 1 oz. Evening Primrose Oil with 20 drops Balance EO and 2 drops Clarify EO. Close bottle and roll between hands to ensure it is blended together. Apply to affected areas 3-5 times daily.
Urinary System (including bedwetting)
2 oz. Plant-Based Enzymes (Nature’s Sunshine Enzyme Spray) or Coconut Oil with 12 drops Balance EO, 6 drops Calm EO, and 2 drops Clarify EO. Close bottle and roll between hands to ensure it is blended together.
Apply to Urinary Area (lower abdominal area below belly button) 3 times daily, and as needed.
