Vegan “Alfredo” Sauce

Cashews are pack full of Amino Acids, Omegas 3 & 6, Potassium, Magnesium and an excellent source of fiber.


  • 1 cup really RAW* cashews
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Water

*RAW cashews that have not been cooked or seasoned in any way.


  1. Put all of the dry ingredients into the blender and pulse a few times until powdery.
  2. Add the water, until desired consistency, making sure to scrap down the sides, if necessary.
  3. Sea salt is optional.
