Vegan “Alfredo” Sauce
Cashews are pack full of Amino Acids, Omegas 3 & 6, Potassium, Magnesium and an excellent source of fiber.
- 1 cup really RAW* cashews
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Sea salt to taste
*RAW cashews that have not been cooked or seasoned in any way.
- Put all of the dry ingredients into the blender and pulse a few times until powdery.
- Add the water, until desired consistency, making sure to scrap down the sides, if necessary.
- Sea salt is optional.
